Hello. Welcome to The Willows! We are ????????????, and we look forward to personally welcoming you to Willows Retreats,South Cerney in the heart of the Cotswolds. We are available should you have any questions during both the booking process and your stay with us.

The Willows is a small private estate which consists of the main house (The Lakehouse), Willows Lake and three holiday lodges, Bluebell, Ivy and Primrose.

​

The lodges have recently had a substantial makeover, and now offer comfortable one-bedroom accommodation for up to two adults. Each lodge is decorated with an accent colour which is identifiable with the wildflower after which each has been named.

​

All accommodations at The Willows are set apart spaciously on the banks of the lake. Our lake was originally formed from a disused gravel pit some 20+ years ago and is numbered 2b amongst the 177 lakes which make up the Cotswold Water Park.

​

Since 7 January 2021 all the Cotswold Water Park has been notified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) by Natural England due to its importance of numbers and assemblages of breeding and non-breeding birds. The Willows is also within a Local Authority Quiet Zone. This area permits only low intensity uses of settlements in the area to maintain and protect the quiet enjoyment of the countryside around it.

Our lake is well established and is home throughout the seasons to a wide range of permanent and migratory wildlife. Some of our resident ducks are very friendly and may drop by to say hello!
