Directions to the lodge
If coming from the M5:
Leave the M5 at junction 11A. Take the A417 exit towards London/Cirencester. Continue towards Cirencester on the A417, stay on the A417 for approx. 9 miles after passing the Cirencester exit. Then take the B4696 exit to South Cerney.
If coming from the M4:
Leave the M4 at junction 15. Take the A419 exit towards Cirencester. Stay on the A419 for approx. 13 miles. Then take the B4696 exit to South Cerney.
Once on the B4696:
Follow the signs for South Cerney. After 0.7 miles turn right into Station Road and continue for another 0.7 miles. Once you pass the 30mph speed sign, as you enter South Cerney, take the 1st turning immediately on the right into Robert Franklin Way, and take a sharp right again into Wildmoorway Lane. The Willows entrance is the third gate on the left.
FAQ'S
What is my arrival and departure time?
Check in is between 16:00 and 18:00. Guests who intend to arrive after 18:00 should let the host know so that self-check-in arrangements may be put in place..
Check out is by 10:00. This is a strict policy, to allow a thorough cleaning in line with Covid regulations in between guests.
Can I arrange an earlier check-in time?
We will try to accommodate any request made for early check-in, however this may not be possible for many reasons.
Can I add extra guests to my booking?
The properties are only suitable for two people due to the sleeping arrangement layout (double bed) and amenities provided.
Is the lodge suitable for children?
Due to the vicinity to deep water there is a no children or babies’ policy. Guests must be over 18.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.
Is there parking at the lodge?
There is free on-site parking for one car. Should you wish to bring an extra car please enquire with the host before arrival. The car-parking spaces are not located next to the lodge, it is a short walk away. Guests may pull up next to the lodge to unload or pack away at the start and end of their stay. Guests who park on site do so at their own risk.
Can I invite friends for the day/evening?
Only guests listed on the booking are permitted access to the site and property.
Are towels and linen provided?
Yes, all our bedlinen and towels are freshly laundered and of excellent quality.
Can I bring my own BBQ?
To reduce the risk of fire we have a no BBQ policy. Disposable BBQs are also not permitted.
Is the lake suitable for swimming?
Both swimming and boating are prohibited at The Willows and no access to the water is permitted.
Am I able to fish at The Willows?
Fishing is not currently available.
Can I smoke or vape in the lodges?
There is no smoking permitted inside any of our properties nor on the decking.
Do the lodges have wi-fi?
Yes, all lodges have a wi-fi connection.
Is there CCTV on site?
Yes, in shared areas of the site. Not within the lodges.
What should I do if I have a complaint about my lodge?
Should you have any issues or complaints please speak to our hosts. If you do not advise your hosts while on your holiday we cannot be held responsible for any issues you had once you have returned home.
Is the site connected to the mains water supply?
No. We have our own borehole. The supply is tested and maintained in accordance with Local Authority rules and regulations. Our water is suitable for all domestic purposes including washing and drinking.
