We are sorry that we must outline some house rules, after all you are on holiday! However, they are in place to look after the site and the lodges, maintain tranquillity and protect our wildlife and to ensure all our guests have a safe and enjoyable holiday.

We ask you to read and to follow these rules:

 

• No parties or events.

• No loud music or noise.

• No visitors permitted.

• Adults only (18 years and over). No children or babies.

• No pets.

• No access to the water - no swimming or boating.

• Exercise caution around the lake (Deep water).

• Please heed any out of bounds signs in place around the lake.

• Please do not access the lower levels of your decking.

• Respect the wildlife.

• Respect the right to privacy and peace of the other guests and our neighbours.

• No parking outside of lodges. Use designated parking spaces.

• Guests who park on site do so at their own risk.

• BBQs are not permitted.

• No smoking or vaping in the lodges or on the decked areas.

• Consume alcohol in moderation to stay safe around the lake.

• Please be careful not to stain bedding with make-up, fake tan, or food.

• Lock all windows and doors when leaving your lodge unattended.

• Please look after door keys. Losses may be charged for.

• Always ensure site gate or pedestrian gate is closed behind you.

• Please place your rubbish in the bins by the main gate during and at the end of your stay.
